LKC PriceLens provides analytical insights, benchmarking intelligence, and market-based pricing indicators derived from multiple lawful data sources, statistical models, and analytical methodologies.

All outputs are provided for decision-support and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, procurement, audit, or professional advice.

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful, ethical, and authorised purposes
• Ensure that any decisions taken using Platform insights are independently validated
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials issued to you
• Not misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source data or algorithms

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform outputs without written permission
• Use the Platform to manipulate procurement processes, collude, or engage in anti-competitive behaviour
• Misrepresent Platform outputs as certified, audited, or officially endorsed pricing data

LKC PriceLens aggregates and analyses data from multiple sources believed to be reliable at the time of processing. However:

• Data may be incomplete, delayed, model-derived, or subject to change
• Pricing benchmarks are indicative, not absolute
• No warranty is provided regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a specific purpose

Users acknowledge that market conditions, supplier behaviour, and pricing dynamics change over time.

All content, software, models, methodologies, reports, dashboards, trademarks, logos, and analytical frameworks on LKC PriceLens are the exclusive intellectual property of LKC PriceLens (LKCentrix Solutions (Pty) Ltd) and/or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, adapt, or create derivative works
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use branding or trademarks without prior written consent

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Any non-public information, insights, datasets, or reports accessed through the Platform are considered confidential and must not be disclosed to unauthorised third parties without consent.

This obligation survives termination of access.

LKC PriceLens processes data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and applicable data protection laws.

• Personal data (if any) is processed lawfully and minimally

The Platform may reference or integrate with third-party services or data sources. LKC PriceLens:

• Does not control or endorse third-party content
• Is not responsible for their availability or accuracy

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
